Day 1: Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park
After pickup from your Zanzibar hotel, you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for a morning flight to the Serengeti Airstrip. Upon arrival, your safari guide will welcome you and transfer you to your lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first Serengeti game drive, traversing the vast plains in search of wildlife such as elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeest. Stop at scenic locations to take photographs, enjoy the peaceful landscapes, and witness the Serengeti sunset. Return to Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight, enjoying the sounds and atmosphere of the wild. Meals: Lunch and dinner included; breakfast not included. Day 2: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Highlands
After an early breakfast, embark on a morning game drive in the Serengeti. Your guide will lead you to areas abundant with wildlife, offering opportunities to spot predators and the famous migratory herds. After a mid-morning drive, return to your lodge for lunch before beginning your journey toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Stop along the way to enjoy breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater and the surrounding highlands. Arrive at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge in the evening, where you will enjoy dinner and settle in for the night. The lodge offers stunning views over the crater rim, providing a preview of your adventure the next morning. Meals: Breakfast and lunch at lodge, dinner at lodge. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar
Wake early for breakfast and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive. This vast caldera is home to an extraordinary diversity of wildlife, including lions, elephants, hyenas, buffaloes, rhinos, and hippos. Your guide will help you locate the elusive black rhino and other remarkable species. Enjoy a picnic lunch near Hippo Lake in the crater before continuing your game drive. Later, ascend the crater rim and transfer back to Arusha Airport for your afternoon flight to Zanzibar, concluding your safari. Meals: Breakfast and lunch included; dinner not included.
